Lei Chou is the director of The Access Project at the AIDS Treatment Data Network. He also participates in several national coalitions dealing with treatment access, including the AIDS Treatment Activists Coalition, National ADAP Working Group, Fair Pricing Coalition, and HIV Medicaid & Medicare Workgroup of the Federal AIDS Policy Partnership.
