Dr. Scout is the Director of the National LGBT Tobacco Control Network. He served as National Co-Chair for the 1993 Gay, Lesbian and Bi March on Washington for Equal Rights and Liberation, where he served as a point person dealing with hostile media.

Setting obtainable and significant goals to deal with the situation

Steps to take to be prepared for breaking situations ahead of time
