In 2008, with your help, we will stimulate HIV prevention justice to a new level. We're developing community campaigns to counter mass imprisonment that skews the economic base of our neighborhoods and leaves communities vulnerable to HIV... We're fighting for new approaches to HIV prevention that address the economic, social and legal structures that create much higher rates of HIV in some groups... And we're demanding a comprehensive National AIDS Strategy to address racial and economic disparities in infection rates.
